Last month I gave my Live Fabulous Now - Hot Mogul’s Club members an assignment. I asked them to post a daily message in our private Facebook group every day for 3 days. They were asked to center themselves by breathing deeply, reconnect to their own inner wisdom and listen for the daily message.
The results were faaaabulous! They didn’t want to stop! Here are a few of their posts:

These are just a few of the beautiful messages my Fabulous Hot Mogul’s got when asking for guidance from their Inner Wisdom. Isn’t that inspiring? Now it’s your turn.
Try it now:
1. Close your eyes and take several deep breaths. Feel your energy come back into your body. Let your shoulders relax. Release any tension you are holding in your body.
2. As you continue to watch your breath, say the words in your mind “breathe in, breathe out” for just a few moments.
3. “Watch” your breath and ask for a message from your Inner Wisdom. I love to ask this question; “what one thing can I do today that will have the greatest impact on my life?”
4. Just notice the first thing, thought, word or phrase that pops into your mind. Write it down. Don’t judge what comes to you. It might be an image, a feeling or something very specific. Just jot down what popped into your mind.
5. Try this for 3 days in a row and see what happens!

1. When a worrisome thought pops into your head, reconnect to your body. Our body is so smart. Even when we think we aren’t carrying stress and anxiety around our body will tell us where the rough spots are. So right now, take a deep breath and feel your energy come back into your body. Let your shoulders relax and on the next deep, deep breath send all of your thoughts down to your feet. Imagine the breath shooting out the bottom of your feet into the ground. Now pull that energy back up through your body and out the top of your head. Wiggle your fingers, wiggle your toes, shrug your shoulders. Doesn’t that feel good?
3. Reward yourself. This is my favorite part. Reward yourself for stopping the pattern of worry & avoidance. Find something fun to do for the next 5 minutes. Take a quick break. Put on your favorite song. Dance around the office. Open a window. Go outside. Blow bubbles. Jump rope. Create a DJ name on
